Your role

<aside> 🧠 As our Software Engineer, you will have a key role in deploying Clarity digital brain clinic. You will collaborate with the R&D and product team to design and develop the best platform delivering remote monitoring and digital therapeutics for patients with neurological disorders. You will enable hundreds of millions to access digital solutions and support along their patient’s path.

We would love to have you on our team if you,

  1. Are driven by solving health issues, especially neurological disorders.
  2. Are product and results-oriented. We look for someone who will keep the product on top of his/her mind and have the ability to execute the roadmap. You should be comfortable shipping new features on a weekly basis.
  3. Have an analytical sense and critical thinking: you will need to design different software architectures and interfaces. This requires framing the technical requirements, analyzing and evaluating a problem or issue, and iterating around the solution.
  4. Are flexible and learn fast: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another with a similar impact. You should be comfortable stepping outside your role to help team members and reach product milestones.
  5. High ability to execute and collaborate: given the scope, volume and timeline of work, you should be highly committed to delivering and putting heart into your work.
  6. Are patient and determined. With any Start-Up, patience and determination are key. We are determined to bring our solutions forward, however, we recognize that there will be setbacks. We seek an individual who can be patient and understanding when we face these obstacles and able to stay motivated to help us reach our goals.
